At NORTH ZONE PREMIER LEAGUE, we value our participants and aim to provide clarity on cancellations and refunds.
Once a registration is confirmed, it cannot be canceled by the participant.
In case the event is postponed or canceled by NZPL, registered participants will be notified via email/SMS.
Full Refund: If NZPL cancels the event entirely.
Partial Refund: If an event is rescheduled and the participant cannot attend the new date (request must be made within 7 days of notification).
No Refund: For no-shows or voluntary withdrawals.
Refund requests must be emailed to nitinchauhan0907@gmail.com with payment details.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
All transactions and refunds will be processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only.
